Two ways to train — one approach.

Whether you want to train with me in person in my private Kenilworth studio, or you'd prefer support you can access from anywhere, everything I do is built around you — your goals, your life, and your pace. No cookie-cutter programmes, no one-size-fits-all plans.

In person - Kenilworth

Private, personal, and completely focused on you.

We train together in my private garden studio in Kenilworth — a calm, welcoming space that's just for us. No other clients, no gym floor to share, no feeling like you're being watched. Just you, me, and a session built entirely around what you want to achieve.

 

Every session is an hour long and follows a programme I've designed specifically for you.

 

We'll work at your pace, progress when you're ready, and adapt as life changes.

Online Coaching 

More than a training plan — real support for lasting change.

Most people already know what to do to reach their goals. The harder part is actually doing it — and keeping going when life gets in the way. That's where online coaching with me is different.

 

With a background in cognitive behavioural therapy, I don't just write your programme and leave you to it. We work together on the thoughts, habits, and barriers that have got in the way before — so this time, things actually stick.

Why this isn't your average online coaching

Alongside your personalised training programme, our coaching calls go deeper than sets and reps. We'll look at what's driving your habits, what's been getting in the way, and how to build a relationship with exercise, food, and your body, that lasts.

Foundation Coaching

Structure, support, and a plan that's built for you.

Fortnightly coaching calls give us regular space to check in on how things are going — your training, your mindset, and anything that's come up in between. It's enough contact to keep things moving and catch barriers before they take hold, with messenger support in between if you need it.

For many people, fortnightly is exactly the right rhythm — enough support to feel held, enough space to find their own feet.

Momentum Coaching

For those who want more contact, more momentum

Weekly coaching calls mean there's less time for barriers to build up. When something gets in the way we can address it quickly, work through it together, and keep going rather than letting it quietly derail things.

This isn't about doing more or pushing harder. It's about having more regular support around the mental and emotional side of change — so the hard weeks feel less hard, and the good weeks feel even better.
