One to One Online Coaching

  • Bespoke coaching based on you and your goals.

  • Nutritional support and guidance to build a diet that meets your needs.

  • Focus on the daily habits and routines that lead to sustainable results.

  • Resources provided as the need arises to support with diet and exercise, stress management, emotional regulation techniques, problem solving, time management and more.

  • Access to an exclusive app to keep track of your progress and programming.

  • Individualised gym programme or home workout programme which is based on you, your goals, and your exercise history.

  • Weekly written check ins via the app to ensure that your programme is still working for you with changes being made as the need arises to ensure that you are still progressing towards your goals.

  • Fortnightly or monthly coaching calls to dive deeper into any barriers.

  • Ongoing support from me to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

  • Ongoing accountability.

  • Together we will break through the barriers stopping you from achieving your goals.

  • £249 per month

One to One Personal Training

  • Option to train with me from the safety of my home gym which has a variety of equipment.

  • Build your confidence with exercise in a supportive and friendly environment.

  • Together we will work towards achieving your goals whether this is to feel all round fitter and healthier, fat loss, toning, muscle building, competing in your first 5K or more!

  • Fun workouts designed specifically for you.

  • Option to add in online coaching for the added support and accountability to ensure that your time outside of sessions is helping you to achieve your goals.

  • Session bundles available at £40 per session.

Empowered in 8 Group Coaching

  • 8 week group coaching programme with an option to stay on monthly after your first 8 weeks.

  • Fortnightly written 1-1 check ins with your designated check in coach.

  • Weekly live Q&A podcasts with the coaches to answer any of your questions.

  • Access to a supportive community of likeminded people all looking to improve their health and fitness.

  • Fortnightly community group calls.

  • Ongoing support and accountability provided by the coaches within the group community so that you are never alone on your fitness journey.

  • £126 per 4 weeks.
