Sarah is a compassionate and experienced Personal Trainer, Active IQ Level 4 Nutrition Coach, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, she is well-equipped to guide you to make informed choices about your fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. With a genuine passion for helping others, Sarah's approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a firm belief in your potential for change.

As a Psychological Well-being Practitioner she has supported hundreds of clients in overcoming psychological challenges and to develop strategies to assist in behaviour change. Sarah has transferred these skills to her work as an Online Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, empowering clients to overcome their mental and physical barriers to achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programs that cater to diverse needs and abilities. She has guided individuals towards making informed dietary choices that pave the way for long-term well-being, with an emphasis on inclusion, rather than exclusion and restriction.

Sarah has a strong belief in the power of a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition, with true health being more than a number on a scale. Sarah is committed to guiding individuals towards sustainable lifestyle changes that extend far beyond the duration of their time following a coaching programme.
