Hi, I'm Sarah — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and Psychological Wellbeing Coach based in Kenilworth, and online.
I came to fitness through mental health, and I've spent years helping people understand why change is hard — and how to keep going when it feels this way.
I'm not a grind harder coach. I'm here to help you find something that works, feels good, and lasts.
Qualified as a Level 3 PT, Level 4 Nutrition Coach, and Psychological Wellbeing Coach.
