Hi I'm Sarah
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 4 Nutrition Coach who is passionate about helping you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether we are training together in my home gym or working together online, I will support you to succeed.
I have been that person who has felt self-conscious training in the gym, who has been confused by all of the conflicting nutrition advice. If you’re fed up of feeling lost with your current goals and don’t know where to start, I’m here for you.
I believe in treating each person as an individual. Your current starting point, your goals, your current lifestyle, they are unique to you. This is why my Personal Training and Coaching is tailored to you and what is important to you.
