Hi I'm Sarah
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, level 4 Nutrition Coach and Psychological Wellbeing Coach who is passionate about helping you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether we are training together in my home gym or working together online, I will support you to succeed.
I have been that person who has felt self-conscious training in the gym, who has been confused by all of the conflicting nutrition advice. If you’re fed up of feeling lost with your current goals and don’t know where to start, I’m here for you.
I believe in treating each person as an individual. Your current starting point, your goals, your current lifestyle, they are unique to you. This is why my Personal Training and Coaching is tailored to you and what is important to you.
Combining my background and experience in psychology and behaviour change with diet and exercise, I look at the bigger picture of health to get curious about what is getting in your way. Together we will implement tools and techniques that can break through your barriers to change.

One to One Online Coaching

From support with diet and exercise, to stress management, emotional regulation techniques, to problem solving and accountability.
I will support and guide you along the way, as together we work to break down the barriers that are stopping you from getting to where you want to be.

One to One Personal Training

Online Group Coaching
Empowered in 8 is an 8 week group coaching programme with an option to stay on a monthly basis after your first 8 weeks.
​
Combining 1-1 check in support from your designated coach with an online community all supporting you towards your health and fitness goals.
​
Perfect for those wanting to share their journey with likeminded people.
Virtual Personal Training
This is the same as in person PT but all sessions will take place over video call.
So if you want to work out from the 'relative' comfort of your own home then this is the option for you.
All workouts will be catered to you, your goals, the equipment, and space that you have available.
